Laura is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a first-class Master’s degree in Nutrition and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

She offers 1:1 online consultations for individuals and corporate nutrition workshops, providing actionable strategies to improve health, energy, and performance.

Laura also develops nutrition and wellbeing content for leading brands and publications, offering expert commentary on a range of health topics.

Her interest in nutrition began during her final year at university, when she noticed a direct connection between her diet, lifestyle choices, and mental health. This passion deepened during her five-year career in the fashion industry, where she managed models and became increasingly fascinated by the relationship between food and mood. Laura later contributed to published research with King’s College London and the Food and Mood Centre in Melbourne.

Specialising in weight management and disordered eating, Laura combines her nutrition expertise with her certification as a Yoga teacher to deliver a holistic approach to wellbeing that fits seamlessly into demanding schedules.
